An Original Gigi Pip (Size 6 7/8) Ivory felt with a soft telescope crown and a wide flat brim. The band is fine black cord, several strands wound close, so it nearly disappears. The louve — the hand-cut leather feather that signs every By Louve piece — runs from the crown down over the brim in turquoise and warm taupe, patinaed like old copper, cut in two pieces so it looks like it's moving across the felt rather than sitting on it.
